FinTrack is a bookkeeping tool, not a financial service and not a source of advice. Read this before relying on anything it shows you.
1. Not financial advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, or a recommendation to take or refrain from any action. No fiduciary, advisory or professional relationship is created by your use of it.
Budget thresholds, spending breakdowns, cashflow charts, net worth figures and subscription detection are automated arithmetic over data you supplied. They know nothing of your circumstances, obligations, risk tolerance or goals.
2. Figures are only as good as what you entered
The Service derives balances from the transactions you record. It has no connection to any bank and no way to verify anything. If a transaction is missing, duplicated, mistyped, or imported from a misread CSV column, every figure computed from it will be wrong — and will look exactly as confident as a correct one.
Always reconcile against your actual bank statements. Do not use this Service as the basis for tax filings, loan applications, legal proceedings, or any purpose requiring verified figures.
3. Not a regulated financial institution
Abhimanyu Sharma is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter, broker-dealer, investment adviser, insurer, credit provider, accountant or tax agent, and is not licensed or supervised as any of those. The Service does not hold, transfer, receive, invest or safeguard money. No deposit protection or investor compensation scheme applies to anything recorded in it.
4. No guarantee of availability or accuracy
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be available when you need it, that it is free of defects, or that any calculation it performs is correct. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Keep your own records and export your data regularly. Do not treat the Service as your only copy of anything that matters.
5. Your decisions are your own
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and their consequences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abhimanyu Sharma accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on the Service — including financial loss, missed payments, overdrafts, penalties, interest, tax consequences or lost opportunity.
This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The full limitation, and its limits, are set out in section 9 of our Terms of Service.
6. Third-party content
Any external link or third-party name is provided for reference only and is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
7. Questions
